Davis & Floyd’s Thomas Mann Promoted to Associate
Davis & Floyd, Inc. is proud to announce that Thomas Mann, PE, civil engineer, has been promoted to an associate of the firm.
Joining Davis & Floyd in 2015, Mann has 11 years of experience and works with the firm’s water resources group. He designs wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, water distribution systems, sewer collection systems, and pump stations. He develops feasibility studies, preliminary engineering reports, bid packages, and site improvements.
Mann received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in civil engineering from Clemson University. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
