We utilize our extensive construction administration and inspection experience
to deliver quality construction on time and within budget. We offer comprehensive
construction phase services from project award to construction completion,
including warranty inspection services. We also provide Program Manager Services
for concurrent administration of multiple construction projects and budgets.
Our construction inspection group is experienced in all facets of horizontal and
vertical construction, including special inspections. During construction, we offer
part-time or full-time resident inspection services. A Project Manager is assigned
to every construction project to perform contract administration activities and apprise
the client of current project status and issues.
We provide full-service construction contract completion services to include
coordination and performance of Substantial Completion and Final Completion inspections
with all project stakeholders. All required warranties and manuals are reviewed to
ensure compliance with the Construction Documents prior to submittal to the client. We
coordinate all activities required to obtain required permits and transfer newly
installed facilities to the client.
