Davis & Floyd has always designed school projects utilizing the most current editions of the International Building Codes, NFPA, and state regulations and guidelines mandated by the Department of Education (Office of School Facilities), DHEC, and State Fire Marshal.

Technology classes may include culinary arts, CADD design and drafting, landscaping and horticulture, spa science, auto body / mechanics, cosmetology / barber, and medical technologies, among many others. In addition, we understand the importance of designing educational facilities that can be easily maintained by staff.
