Service Awards Event

Davis & Floyd employees gathered in front of the jumbotron at Spirit Communications Park in Columbia, one of the firm’s recent projects, during the company-wide Service Awards event.

At Davis & Floyd, our 63 years of success can be boiled down to one thing – our team of people.

Our team members are talented, hardworking, and creative. They are passionate about the work we do at Davis & Floyd and are dedicated to helping our clients build innovative and sustainable projects to improve the communities where we live and work. Above all, they share the belief that character, integrity, and stewardship are the core philosophy of Davis & Floyd and demonstrate these values in their professional and personal lives.

On January 26, we gathered our employees from five offices across the state at one of our most recent projects, Spirit Communications Park in Columbia. In a way, it was a Davis & Floyd family reunion. An afternoon of fellowship with each other and celebration of our team for their dedication and service to the firm. We recognized length-of-service milestones for 106 employees – 38 of whom have worked with Davis & Floyd for 20 years or more.

Stephen Davis, our president and chief executive officer, reflected on this event saying, “The longevity of our team confirms that we are a family at Davis & Floyd, and, in turn, our clients are an extension of our family. Our continued success over the last 63 years is a direct result of our employees, and I am honored to work among them.”

Davis & Floyd recognized 29 employees for five years of service to the firm.
